I'm Kaya. I’ve been called “fun loving”. I’m a writer and editor based in Melbourne, Australia.

My work explores music, fashion, culture and human connection. I like stories that show off the curiosities that are all around us – like lifting a big rock and finding all the little bugs underneath.

I currently work as the print editor for Beat Magazine and as a staff writer for Fashion Journal. I also like to take photos, play guitar and eat $2 oysters from the market.
